KEY RESULT AREA /areas of responsibility 主要职责 1）The Mathematic teacher will have the responsibility for the planning and teaching of the subject to the designated class, the content of each lesson being determined by School curriculum. The teacher will ensure that the subject is delivered in a way that provides coverage, progression. 数学老师将主要负责基于学校数学课程的教学及相关备课。数学老师需要积极鼓励学生，重视学生的学习过程。 2）The teacher will also be required to carry out other such duties as direct from time to time. He/she is expected to display the highest standards of professionalism in his/her teaching and in his/her relationships with colleagues and parents. 数学老师需要承担校方要求的其他工作职责。需要专业的家校沟通能力，以及与同事通力合作沟通协调的能力。 3）To track and assess regularly the pupil’s work by means of formative and summative assessments. 定期对学生的数学学习状况进行追踪和评估，包括形成性评估和总结性评估。任职资格：顶尖985及211高校应届毕业生优先考虑 Skills 技能 1）Good communication skills 良好的沟通技能 2) Good teamwork skills 良好的团队合作技能 Personal Attributes 个人品质 1)High levels of personal integrity.正直的品格 2) Excellent organisational and time-management skills 出色的组织与时间管理能力 3) Attention to detail 关注细节 4) Ability to work under pressure and remain calm 抗压能力 5) Willingness to take on multiple tasks 愿意承担多任务考验 6) Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved 积极主动，并能督促他人在规定时间内完成任务 7) Self-motivated and enthusiastic 积极主动，具有热情 8) Ability to work independently 独立工作能力 9) Continually strive for improvement 不断精进 10) Adaptability 适应能力
